CallPotential Reveals New Brand Identity

The new logo represents multiple aspects of the CallPotential platform. Upon close review the company’s initials “CP” double as an infinity symbol for the infinite ways an operator can customize operations with the platform; as well as a futuristic message bubble to represent CallPotential’s continual expansion of omni-channel communication tools (text messaging, social messages, email, live chat and voice all in one platform) in anticipation of consumer trends and preferences.

The company added a tagline to further reinforce its messaging:”Own Your Ops”.  “Own” is a reference to the highest remarked benefit of CallPotential, being able to completely control your operations with a customizable communications platform. “Ops” is a play on both “Operations” and “Opportunities” two essential areas of focus for any self storage operator.
